Shipping & Delivery

At Ardith, we understand the importance of convenience, which is why we offer a range of delivery options for domestic orders.


LEAD TIME & DISPATCH

For pre-order items, we provide estimated arrival dates which are subject to change due to factors such as local supply chain dynamics and the intricate production process of our unique, hand assembled goods. 

For orders containing pre-order items, we may split the shipment to send in-stock items immediately. If an item is missing, it's likely due to separate shipping. You'll receive two tracking numbers if this occurs. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
 

In Stock items

  • In-stock items are shipped from our our studio within 5 business days of order placement. If your order includes pre-order items arriving in the same month, we'll hold your order until all items are ready to ship together.

  • After dispatch, our third-party courier service takes over, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected courier.

 

Pre-order items

  • We'll notify you of the expected arrival date for pre-ordered items at our Melbourne studio, but we can't guarantee exact timing.

  • Pre-order items will be dispatched from our warehouse by the end of the month listed on the product page. For example, if a product has an estimated arrival date of May, it will be shipped by May 31st.

  • Due to various factors, the date items arrive at our studio is subject to change and may result in unexpected delays.

  • We'll do our best to keep you updated via email on any changes to the expected arrival date. If you have concerns or need to update your delivery address, please contact us at hello@ardithdecor.com.au.


DELIVERY

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a street address at the time of ordering - we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If your delivery address changes, please notify us by emailing hello@ardithdecor.com.au before dispatch. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, a redelivery fee may apply.

For courier-delivered items, delivery is considered complete when the courier obtains a signed receipt or delivery docket. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will transfer it to a nearby depot and leave a card with instructions for pick up. 

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY OPTIONS

We are pleased to offer a range of delivery options. The size of your order or fragility of items purchased will determine the delivery options which are available to you in your area.

 

Our courier services are below:

Australia Post Delivery, standard and express delivery. 

We work with AusPost as delivery partners to ship your items. They offer parcel tracking and service a wide range of delivery locations.

Deliveries are only available Monday to Friday and delivery time is estimated below:

Standard Delivery Same State Times

The delivery time for Parcel Post mailers can vary depending on their origin and destination. In general, the Parcel Post mailers get delivered within 2 to 5 business days. However, Parcel Post can take around 8 to 14 business days for delivery. 

Express Delivery Same State Times

The Express Post service has a delivery time of 1 business day to most locations. However, the Australia Post Express delivery times can go up to 5 days.
