At Ardith Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of faulty items.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, we will provide a full refund or replace the item. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the faulty item must be returned to Ardith Decor in its original packaging, with all original tags and accessories included. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to facilitate the return process.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Once we receive the returned faulty item, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used and the money will be issued back into your account within 3-7 business days. 

Alternatively, if we deem the item to be faulty, we can also replace it with a new one. In this case, we will send out the replacement item within 7 business days of receiving the returned faulty item. You will not need to pay additional shipping costs for the replacement item.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- All returns must be authorized prior to shipping.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged and shipped back to Ardith Decor.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused during return shipping.
-  Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item.

EXCEPTIONS

Ardith Decor reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the item is damaged or altered in any way. Additionally, returns will not be accepted for items that are considered non-defective, including but not limited to:

- Changes of heart or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect sizing
- Dislike with the product's design or colour
- Product not meeting expectations
